Introduction

Hello Everyone! We're the Lancaster Yarn Shop, welcome to our new blog! We would like to introduce ourselves and invite you to visit us at both of our locations in Lancaster County. Most of you already know us, but plenty do not… and we would love to meet you!

Our downtown yarn shop in Gallery Row (136 N. Prince Street Lancaster, PA 17603 717.393.4044) is in beautiful, artsy downtown Lancaster. A map to our downtown location is located here. There are many galleries, vintage shops, ethnic restaurants, and markets nearby!

Our second location in a darling house on Old Philadelphia Pike in Intercourse, PA at Kitchen Kettle Village. Right next door to our new shop is the fabulous Village Quilt Shop, other neighbors include a beautiful pottery shop, a book store, and other shops and restaurants.
Our Kitchen Kettle location is open Mon. - Sat. 9-5. 3519 Old Philadelphia Pike, Kitchen Kettle Village, Intercourse, PA 17534. 717-768-8007 Directions to the famous Kitchen Kettle Village are located here.

We’ll be sharing most of the new inventory between both locations. Just some of the new stock: Alpaca, Addi Turbo knitting needles, Lantern Moon needles, Knit 1 Crochet 2, Harrisville yarns, Manos Del Uraguay yarn, Ty Dy sock yarn, new sock yarn, new buttons, new kits and magazines…

Here are some photos that I took last week at the Lancaster Yarn Shop in Kitchen Kettle Village.
